Whatever business you’re in, we’ll share simple yet powerful techniques you can apply to understand your unique solutions to your customers’ needs, and make your marketing more effective.
The session involves working together as a group to share experiences and ideas, and is delivered by Gill Smith and Nigel Knowlman, founders of the Business Kitchen. Gill and Nigel will call on their collective experience of marketing, strategy, sales and project management to deliver practical tips that you can apply to your business right away.
2. Financing your business
Stuart Rostron, Business Growth Enabler at NatWest will discuss the different ways you can finance your business, after which you’ll have the chance to ask any questions.
Stuart connects self-employed business owners in Gloucestershire and Swindon, helping them grow their businesses and achieve the success they dream of. He can help you prepare a robust business plan or cashflow forecast, and connect you with local experts on marketing, accounting and other services you might need.
